Ania M. Ciesielska, Kitchen & Bath Design Consultant
Ania comes to Williams with a specialized background in
high end kitchen and bath design including product and material
selection. Her expertise in custom cabinetry, doors, windows and
other millwork gives our clientele functional as well as the
most aesthetically appealing options for private living spaces.
With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design, Ania has an
extensive knowledge of material and color selection focusing on
a wide variety of floor plans and designs. Ania listens
carefully to every client and designs to their needs and
preferences. Always on top of the latest in technology and
design styles, she helps educate clients on process, budget, and
expectations, providing invaluable help and assistance
throughout the design and selection process.
Tyler T. Norman, Project Manager
As part of the Williams project management team, Tyler
brings his broad skill set to our clients with a proficiency in
framing, cabinetry installation, finished trim work , drywall
application, tile installation, concrete and slab work and
welding.
Tyler’s attention to detail interpreting blueprints and
timeline scheduling keeps the homeowners included every step of
the way to deliver a superior finished product. As a former
carpenter and foreman, he has the best perspective and
understanding to determine what is required to complete any job
on time and within budget.
Terry Janczak, Master Carpenter
With over 30 years experience, Terry is
fluent in all aspects of residential carpentry skills, from rough
framing to complex trim packages that include cabinet and paneling
installations. With meticulous attention to detail and the embodiment
of Old World craftsmanship, Terry’s work always reflects perfection.
